If paying by cheque, registrations can be dropped off any time at the Minor Hockey Office, however this option is only available to returning Caledonia Minor hockey members.
If you are new to our association, please contact our registrar, Mike Kichinko .
New registrants are required to provide proof of age (birth certificate, passport) and in the case of those moving into town after having played minor hockey elsewhere you will be required to provide proof of residency to the OMHA.
Please note that due to increases in ice costs and other expenses, it has been necessary to raise registration fees. However, by registering early, prior to April 30, 2011, there is a $25 per player discount.
Please note the following changes to the payment options:
- Anyone wishing to pay with a Visa or Mastercard will only be able to do so in person at the April Registrations.
- Installment plans will now be cheques only and will be accepted for Aug 1st and Sept 1st dates only.
